Your Future

Planning and making the transition
to the post-career together

The transition from the sports career to the life after
can often be very difficult and brings with it many hurdles.

What comes after sports

On the one hand, part of your identity disappears and on the other hand, you no longer wake up in the morning to go to the training ground to train with your colleagues. Instead, it may mean having to go to a cold office and do a job you don't like.

At Beyond Sports, however, we are convinced that every athlete can be just as successful and passionate in their job after elite sport. But to ensure this happens, there needs to be a realisation that there is life after sport and that you can start planning while you are still in your career without neglecting sport.

Our service at Beyond Career initially includes a get-to-know-you conversation, in which we feel the need to learn more about you and show you who we are. If there is trust on both sides, the next step is a concrete analysis of your previous experiences and what your ideas are for your post-career. In close cooperation, we look for suitable professional or study opportunities that can be attended during your career. Our goal is for every athlete to see a perspective for their post-sport career and to have a strong partner who will take this path together.
